His deep involvement with behavioral health programs has honed his ability to unite fiduciary responsibilities with program operations. As a seasoned financial professional, he is well-versed in municipal, county, state, and federal compliance regulations and reporting requirements. Moreover, David's exceptional talent for building cohesive, effective teams and mentoring individuals has been instrumental in the agency's success in achieving its objectives, instilling confidence in his leadership.
