Claudia Hernandez, a testament to professional growth, has been with D'Veal since September 2012. She currently serves as the Human Resources Director, a role she stepped into in September 2017 after her tenure as the agency's executive assistant. This pivotal role provided her with a comprehensive understanding of D'Veal's operations. Before this, she was hired as the administrative assistant for the wraparound program. With almost 12 years of service, Claudia proudly represents D'Veal, finding joy in assisting the agency and its employees.
Claudia, a native of Colima, Mexico, embarked on a new chapter in her life when she moved to California at the age of 4. Her academic journey led her to the University of Phoenix, where she earned a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Her personal life is equally inspiring, as she has been happily married for 17 years and is a proud mother of two, Gael and Brissa, who serve as her constant inspiration. Claudia's dedication to her personal health is admirable, as she indulges in CrossFit and jogging in her leisure time, covering 5-7 miles 3-4 days a week.
