Specific Education, Certification and Skill Requirements:
⦁ 2 years post license.
⦁ Current license with the State Board of Behavioral Science as a LCSW or LMFT.
⦁ DMH documentation standards.
⦁ Prior knowledge and experience with DMH documentation standards.
⦁ Training and certification in Evidence Based Practice Models.
Job Description:
⦁ Clinical Supervisor will provide individual, family, conjoint, group and multi-family modalities for clients within the context of the agencies emphasis on understanding and treating the client in a family context.
⦁ Provide clinical and administrative supervision of Therapist.
⦁ Conduct ongoing training of therapist.
⦁ Lead and guide during crisis and emergency situations.
